Welcome to Growth Catalyst CRM!

HELLO AND WELCOME

Hello and welcome to Growth Catalyst CRM! We are so excited to have you on board. You are now in Phase 1: Setup. 👋🥳

We know you’ll be keen to log in and start exploring. That’s great. But before using the system, Phase 1 must be completed. Nothing else happens until this stage is finished.

Once setup is complete, you’ll move into Phase 2: Orientation and Phase 3: Using Your Account.

Account Set Up

ACCOUNT SET UP

During phase one, we’ll be working in the background to prepare your account and ensure everything runs smoothly.

To complete your setup, we’ll need access to add DNS records. We’re unable to finalize your account without them. Once we have this, we’ll complete your setup within two working days.

DOMAIN AND EMAIL SET UP

In order to get your emails and funnels set up, we need to add eight DNS records to your domain. You can either:

  • Let us do it for you → Add us as an admin on your domain account. Here’s how to do that for some common provider: GoDaddy, Squarespace, Bluehost, Namecheap, Cloudflare.
    Please use [email protected] when granting access. This email should not be used for any other purpose.

  • Do it yourself → If you’d rather add the records manually, email our L2 Specialist Team at [email protected] and they’ll send you the exact details.

WIX DOMAINS

Wix does not allow users to add custom MX records. This means that if you would like your emails to come from your own email address, you’ll need to purchase a separate domain to use with SuperCoach CRM. This applies whether you purchased a domain directly through Wix or if you have a Wix website.

You can purchase a new domain by going to Settings > Domains in your SuperCoach CRM account.

PHASE 1: SET UP TASKS

Alongside the work we’re completing for you, there are a few tasks you’ll need to complete yourself and some information you’ll need to read. In total, this should take around 10–15 minutes.

At first glance, the instructions may look slightly overwhelming...but don't worry! That’s simply because they are written clearly and step-by-step to make the process easy to follow. Once you begin, you’ll find it straightforward.

When both sides are complete, Phase 1 will be finished and you’ll be ready to move into Phase 2.

SUPPORT AND HELP

If you get stuck on any of the setup tasks below, you can speak to our Level 1 Technical Support Team, available 24/7.

To access them, open the purple chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard, click the Support tab, and type “human” to start a conversation.

The Level 1 Technical Support Team specialise in system guidance — helping you find buttons, settings, and on-screen features. For speed and efficiency, they do not have access to your account notes or onboarding progress.

If you have account-specific questions, need onboarding support, or are unsure who to contact, please email our Level 2 Specialist Team at [email protected]. This team includes your onboarding, account management, and design support.

Log In

LOGIN TO SUPERCOACH CRM

Go to https://app.supercoachcrm.com and enter the email address and password from your welcome email. If you can't see the welcome email, please check your spam folder. Press Sign In to continue.

As Growth Catalyst CRM has 2 factor authentication, you will need to select how you would like to receive your verification code (by email or SMS). Enter the code to continue.

ADD A FAVORITE

After you have logged in, we recommended adding it as a favorite to your bookmark bar.

TASK CHECKLIST

Here a quick overview of the account set up tasks you need to complete:

  • Task 1 - Check/update your business information

  • Task 9 - Download and log in to the Lead Connector app (optional)

1. Business Profile Settings

CHECK/UPDATE BUSINESS PROFLE

1. Go to Settings > Business Profile.

2. Under General Information (upper left section), check your business name and update/add your business email. If you have a website and phone number, you can also add these. Press Update Information to save.

3. Under Business Physical Address, ensure your address and time zone are correct. Press Update to save.

The Business Information and Authorized Representative sections only need to be completed if you would like to set up a phone number with Growth Catalyst CRM. In this case, please ensure your legal business name and address matches your EIN/tax registration information.

2. Coach Catalyst

CONNECT COACH CATALYST

Before you begin this process, log in to your Coach Catalyst account.

1. In Growth Catalyst CRM, go to App Marketplace > Installed Apps and click on Coach Catalyst.

2. On the next screen, click Connect Coach Catalyst.

3. Lastly, in the pop up window, click Authorize to finish.

If you need help with this task, email the Coach Catalyst support team on [email protected].

3. Payment Integrations

PAYMENT INTEGRATIONS

Go to Payments > Integrations, press Connect for your chosen provider (such as Stripe, Paypal, or Square), and follow the on screen instructions.

4. Integrations (Optional)

GOOGLE AND FACEBOOK INTEGRATIONS

If you use Meta Business (for Facebook and Instagram) or Google Business, you can link these to Growth Catalyst CRM for Messenger and Instagram DMs, Lead Ads, and Reviews.

1. Go to Settings > Integrations. You’ll see a few integration options including Google and Facebook.

2. Click Sign in with Google to connect your Google Business account, and/or click Connect under Facebook to link Facebook, Messenger, and DMs.

3. On the pop-up screen, follow the instructions to enable access for Lead Connector and select the relevant business pages.

You don't have to connect all of these tools, only the ones that are relevant to our business. Once connected, if you ever need to make changes, you can return to the same Integrations page to edit or disconnect.

5. Brand Board and Branding Information

ADD LOGO AND COLORS

1. Go to Marketing > Brand Boards, click on + Add Design Kit and select Start from Blank. Press Continue.

2. Click on the pencil icon at the top to rename your brand board.

3. In the left hand panel, add your logo, brand colors and typography (fonts).

4. Press Save Board to finish.

When adding your logo, please upload a transparent PNG that is 1000 px wide and trimmed edge to edge (so there is no empty space around it).

LOGO SOURCE FILE

In addition to setting up your brand board, we also want to help you optimize your logo so it displays correctly across your funnels and emails.

To do this, we need the original source file. If your logo was created in Canva, open your logo design in Canva, click Share > See All > Template Link, and send us that template link. If your logo was created by a designer, we need the original source file —such as SVG, EPS, or Adobe Illustrator (AI) file.

Email these to [email protected]. This allows our design team to carry out additional optimisation tasks and ensure your logo is set up correctly within the system.

6. Personal Profile (Each team member)

UPDATE PERSONAL PROFILE

1. Go to Settings > My Profile > General. Here you can change your password and add a profile picture.

2. Click on Settings > My Profile > Notifications to personalize system notifications (such as conversation notifications, tasks notifications, review notifications, and alerts if you calendar becomes disconnected).

SET UP AVAILABILITY AND CONNECT CALENDARS

For the calendar setup, you’ll need to: set your user availability, connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud so appointments save correctly, link your main calendar and set up conflict calendars, enable video conferencing (Zoom or Google Meet), and set your preferred location.

7. Social Planner

SOCIAL PLANNER

The Task 4 Integrations are separate from the Social Planner — if you’d like to also connect your social media for scheduling posts, go to Marketing > Social Planner. Click here for more information.

8. Chat Widget

CREATE A CHAT WIDGET

1. Go to Sites > Chat Widget, click + New, and select SMS/Email Chat (you can create additional chat widget types later).

2. Click the pencil icon at the top of the page and rename the chat widget to Default Chat Widget.

3. In the Style tab, in the left-hand panel, expand the Styles dropdown. In the Theme section, click the grey paintbrush icon and add your brand colors. In the Welcome Message section, update the chat bubble welcome message. Next, expand the Widget Customization dropdown and replace the avatar image.

4. In the Chat Window tab, expand the Title & Intro dropdown and update the chat widget title and intro message as needed. Next, expand the Additional Options dropdown and turn off Agency Branding and the HIPAA consent option.

5. In the Messaging tab, expand the Acknowledgement dropdown, edit the message as required, and adjust the placeholder colour.

6. Click Save to finish, then click Back to exit.

7. Onboarding Call

MARCH 2025 OFFER ONBOARDING CALL

If you have joined the March 2025 Transform in 4 offer, once you’ve completed your Getting Started tasks and read through the information on this page, you need to book onto one of the three group onboarding calls taking place at 1:30pm CT on March 31, 9:00am CT on April 2, or 11am CT on April 4.

It’s your responsibility to complete these tasks and schedule your call. If you are unable to attend a live call, these sessions will be recorded.

BOOK YOUR ONBOARDING CALL 🥳

Once you’ve completed your Getting Started tasks and read through the all information on the page, you need to book your 30-minute onboarding call. SC Grow members will join a small group onboarding session, while SC Thrive members receive an individual onboarding call.

It’s your responsibility to complete these tasks and schedule your call. If you don’t book within 7 days of joining, we’ll give you a gentle nudge to get started. Otherwise, we’ll be here when you’re ready.

9. Lead Connector Mobile App (Optional)

DOWNLOAD LEAD CONNECTOR MOBILE APP

To access key features of Growth Catalyst CRM on the go (including conversations, payments, appointments, contacts, social media planner, tasks, reputation management, and product management), you can download the Lead Connector app.

Search for LeadConnector in the App Store or Play store to download the app. Alternatively, you can click here to download the Apple app or click here to download the Android app. Once you have downloaded the app, log in using the same credentials as the desktop app. Click here for more information on how to use the app.

PHASE 2: ORIENTATION

Now that your account is set up and ready, we’ll move on to Phase Two: Orientation. This section gives you a clear overview of how the system works, where to find information, and what support is available. You’ll learn about self-learning resources, live chat, project requests, the Growth Catalyst CRM community, and answers to frequently asked questions. Once you’ve worked through Phase Two, you’ll be ready for Phase Three: Using the Software.

If you have a quick, system-specific "how-to" question, you can chat with our L1 Technical Support Team using the purple chat bubble in the bottom corner of the software. This team offers live chat 24/7, giving you instant access to help at any time of day.

If you have a more complex or outcome-specific “how-to” question, or a query about project requests, done-for-you resources, you can email our L2 Specialist Team at [email protected]. This team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm (EDT).
